Lexmark z65 driver

Is there a driver for a lexmark z65 printer as i have just renewed my
computer to vista and cannot get the printer to work etc

A quick look on the Lexmark website shows no Vista drivers. The Z65 has
been discontinued by Lexmark. What happens when you try to print? How did
you try to install the printer?
