Lexmark Z31 constant problem with aligning cart.

Recently, my printer is misaligning the text. I have done the
"Aligning Cartridge" function numerous times only to see the
misalignment happen again and again. What's happening?
PS I cleaned the nozzles too.
 
Are you printing draft mode? That seems to be a normal problem. If
it happens on normal, I can't offer anything.
