Lexmark network printer display locks up and goes offline randomly

I have a Lexmark T632 network printer that randomly goes offline and the
display is inoperative until power is cycled. The printer has been replaced
along with a new NIC.
Any help?

Contact Lexmark and have the machine replaced.
