Letter to terminate contract for an office rental

I am thinking of writing a letter giving notice of my wanting to terminate
my contact governing the rental of my office. Can anyone help with a draft
letter - cannot speak to my lawyer till next week!

BTW, I am a lawyer. Be very careful of forms you get off the Internet or
even at a stationery supply store. Real estate laws are very much state by
state. Further, what notice you would need to give would depend on what your
rental arrangement is.
