legend in graph

Excel 2007--I've made my column graph--where do I find info on creating a
legend. The box appears--but not the info I want in it--I must not understand
how it's created.

The legend displays the name of each series and its graphical
representation. It is constructed automatically by Excel based on the range
of data you have selected. Show us some sample data and tell us what you
expect the legend to display.
