Legal Uses of ClipArt Images

Can I legally use Microsoft ClipArt images in our nonprofit's newsletter and
on our website? Thanks for any help on this subject.

<sigh> And I had tested it just recently.
http://www.microsoft.com/mscorp/permission/default.mspx still exists, but
apparently the clip art part has been removed.
