Left (right, mid) functions after conversion

I converted an Access 97 database into 2000, and now these functions are not
recognized as valid by Access. I tried the Compact and Repair Database
utility, but that didn't fix the problem. Any ideas? Thanks.
 
Hi,


You probably have a problem of references. In VBE, under the menu, Tools
| References... uncheck the checked reference with its description
starting with the word MISSING.
