Left-hand side of message missing

I have a user running WinXP-Pro and Outlook 2K connected
to our Exchange box who is having a problem when he
prints emails. When printing email (to either our HP or
Lexmark printers) his emails print out missing the first
few characters of each line on the left hand side of the
paper??

Any help is greatly appreciated.
