leave messages on server

How do I download my e-mail messaages on Outlook, to my notebook, from my
webmail account but leave the messages on my server so I can download them to
my desktop at work.
 
In your notebook Outlook go to Tools - Email Accounts - under Emails select -
View or change existing email accounts and click on Next.

Highlight the account that you want to change and select CHANGE to the
right. Click on MORE SETTINGS - the ADVANCE tab. At the bottom at DELIVERY
- select - Leave a copy of message on the server. Click OK, NEXT, FINISH

You may want to do this on your computer at work also.
