Clickon Tools --> Email Accounts --> View or change Email accounts -->
Select the account and then Click on Change.
Goto the advanced Tab and under that you would find the option to leave a
copy on the server.

I have Microsoft Outlook 2002 SP-2. I cannot find where to
check "leave a copy of message on server". Can anyone help?
.
I am running 2003 on my current computer but I believe
the process is the same.
1. rt. click on the outlook desktop icon and select
properties.
2. in the email setup window select Email accts
3. under email, select view or change existing email
acct, click next.
4.select the email you want to change and click change
5. in the next window select more settings
6. Go to the advanced tab
7. in the bottom section you will find a check box to
leave a copy on the server
For OL2003, there is no desktop icon allowing access to properties. He'll
have to access it from the Tools>E-mail Accounts menu.
