Lease vs. Buy of Capital Equipment Template

Does anyone know where I can get a Lease vs. Buy template
for Excel 97 to be used to evaluate whether to lease or
buy some piece of capital equipment. I was wondering if
there was a site where users post various Excel templates
they have developed and use and are willing to share
those templates with other users.
