I suggest you ask in one of the newsgroups devoted to Word. This one is
devoted to Microsoft Access, the database program, so it would only be
by chance that you found someone here who could answer your question.

You would probably have better luck designing in Microsoft Publisher, which
has many templates for this sort of publication, and makes it easier to move
text and graphics around.
