Leading Zeros

I am exporting a spreadsheet out of Access to Excel that has number
starting with zero. After retreiving the spreadsheet in Excel, m
leading zeros are missing, how do I program this so the zeros ar
retained? Thank yo
 
Can it be programmed to come out of Access into Excel as text so it doe
not have to be done each time manually? Thank yoi
