leading zeroes in text field

Hi,

I have seen a similar post to mine but it did not quite answer my question. I have an ID text field which should have incrementing codes with the letters CP in front and a number which is 5 digits long e.g. CP00001, CP00002 etc. However I cannot get my data to input to the table with leading zeroes inserted. I have made a form which is incrementing my codes but not adding leading zeroes. Any help appreciated.
