LDP - Deleting tombstoned objects

Using LDP, is there a way to delete or clean out the tombstoned objects in
the "CN=Deleted Objects" container?
We do not want to change the tombstoneLifetime attribute for the domain, but
we need to clear out 135 tombstoned objects that are causing the ADC not to
replicate DLs from one of my Exchange 5.5 sites and we don't want to have to
wait the default 60 days.

When I choose to delete the deleted objects I get a response of :

Error: Delete: No Such Object. <32>


Can anyone offer any assistance?

Perform an offline defamation instead that's they only way to recover space
after mass removal of objects.
