LCD Monitor has green tint

I have a Philips 150X LCD monitor Analog/DVI. When the monitor is connected
to analog or if put in analog mode while connect to DVI there is a green
tint over the whole screen. In digital mode it looks fine. The warranty is
about to run out. Do you think this is the monitor or the video card?

Make sure you cannot alter the colour balance separately for Analog/DVI on
display properties.

Also check that in display properties, adapter, advanced, you do not have
'Matrix mode?' ticked.
