Layout Wizard

Im trying to add a field I forgot to my form and can drag it to the form. I
cant however, get the layout wizard to pop up so I can change the way the the
field is positioned on the form.
 
Just position it where you want it. The wizards is used to make the initial
form, then you can modify it.
