Layout View Not Available

My db is an Access 2003 that I converted to 2007. Layout
view is not available for my forms. Any ideas?

What setting do you have under:
Office Button | Access Options | Current Database | Enable Layout View

I missed it. It was in the properties of the form.
Allow Layout View is set to No on all my converted forms.
