Layout in the State form

Hi,
this time I've got another probleme in the "state (etat)" partof excel.
I've made alayout that looks like an excel stylesheet,with border and so,
but, when a field (DESCRIPTION) is too heigh, the column line that are fixed
size, dont look good..
I dont know if youcan understand me...

But what I d like to do, is :
To dynamically set the size of some drawn lines, depending on the height of
a text size.. Is it possible ?
