layers

I have a question, I'm trying to insert a layer next to a picture and the
layer will contain text so I could discribe the picture, but everytime I try
to preview it, it moves the layer with text left in top of the picture, I
tried possition and behaviors but nothing happen. Can you help me
 
You are using absolute positioning without understanding how it works.
Please show me your page, and I'll try to help you.
