I am new to FPage; have FP2003 on WinXP.

I cannot access the insert behaviour window and I read
that my my PageOptions/Authoring/JavaScript/JScript box
should be checked as that's the likely cause. I cannot
check it. Greyed out. What do I do to get bahaviours
available for a layer.

Thanks. Remember I'm very much a newbie and an amateur.

Make sure that you have a Site open under File Menu | Open Site

No joy. Its still greyed out.

If I select "Frontpage and Sharepoint technologies" for
none, instead of default, the box is available. I don't
want to mess up what I have already and really wish to
learn layers/behaviour.

Thanks for responding, hoping for solution.

Hi,
Look at the dropdown above it - Frontpage and Sharepoint Technologies. If
you change the options in that box the javascript box should become
checkable.

Jon

BTW, trying the "none" selection just mentioned does not
allow inserting behaviour.

Or Select None and they all become available
