Launching Outlook Personal Folders Backup utility for the first ti

I use Outlook 2003. I just downloaded the personal folders backup utility,
and the download and installation finished successfully. I then closed the
installation dialog box.

Now, I cannot find the utility to launch it. There is nothing on the
desktop, quick starts, system tray, or Start/Programs list. It does appear in
the Add/Remove Programs list under Control Panel, but there is no way to
launch it or copy a shortcut from that list.

How do I find and launch this utility??

It should be on the File menu in Outlook itself.
