Launch Outlook express with attachment

Hi,

I want to launch Outlook express with a file attached. The file can be of
type *.xls/*.txt/*.doc. I have the application with Outlook, but I want it
for Outlook Express. Which COM I will have to add.

The "mailto:" component do not have a provision for attaching file(as far as
I know). If it has pls let me know.

Any ideas ?
