Launch Application

The application does not launch the login box when I select the
published app. The application exe is running in the task manager
processes. If I try to run the application using Terminal Services or
a Citrix desktop I get the same results. I tried different screen
resolutions to see if the login screen is going off the screen. This
application works fine on the console. Any suggestions?
