Latest version of files

How do I find a list of the latest dates for files in XP?
As example MAPI32.dll I have 2 files one with a date of
07/27/2000 and the other with a date of 8/23/2001. How do
I know if the 8/23/2001 is the latest?

How does one know what the latest version is? Is there a

In most program you can goto Help>>About and it will tell you the version.

Sorry, wrong window. You dont. you said you have two or them. just keep
the one that;s the higher build number. you dont need the most updated not
can you get it from anywhere.
