LAT routing table conflit

I have a domain network with 20pc's and the email service stopped.

The event viewer report the id: 14120. This report highlights a LAT and
routing table conflit.
Yesterday I create a new rule for routing table, but I alerady deleted it,
but the email service remains stopped.
Help

LAT and Routing table sounds more like EMAIL or
ISA-Proxy server than they do like IP-Routing in RRAS.

If you have an ISA probably you might get help here but
you would probably get more and perhaps better help
in the ISA newsgroups.
