Last name first

hey all long time no talk. I have a list of names all in
one colum, I need to put them into two colums with the
last name in the first and first name in the 2nd. I think
I saw a formula once to do this if someonen could refresh
my memory it'd be alot of help and very time consuming.

The simplist way is to use Data/Text to columns and use the delimited
option.
