last access and created date of the pagefile.sys

How to fin the "lastbootuptime" of a computer. Of course i have tested with
vbscript and the WMI entries. It works on "latin" PCs but not on our asians
PCs (a WMI bug ? yes).
So it's seem the created date and last access date of the pagefile.sys files
are always the last boot time of the PC.
Is it correct and so can i use theses informations to obtain the lastboot up
time of any pc ?
