Large PPT2007 Presentation

I am assembling a PPT presentation that will have about 400 slides. The
presentation is organized into chapters. Here is my question: which is
better, assembling all the chapters as one large presentation with videos,
photos, audio, etc. or make separate presentations for each chapter and then
link one "contents" slide to individual chapter presentations?

I do agree you make separate presentations for each chapter and then
link one "content" slide to in individual chapter presentations.
