Large Message in Outlook Won't Delete from Send Que

I tried to send an e-mail with a photo attachment (which turned out to be too
large to send), but now it won't let me delete the message in the 'send' que
and it won't let me use outlook. Any suggestions?

Open Outlook. Go into your Outbox. Open the email. Close it then highlight it
and try to delete it. If that doesn't work, try these options:
