large mailshot to send. Can we scan signature onto letter?

We are sending a mailshot to a large number of clients using WORD. Without
having to physically sign each letter is there some way of scanning a
signature onto our letterheads?

Scan the signature to a file then insert the file. This will work provided
you are not planning to e-mail, as you have no control over how e-mails are
viewed.

The signature can also be saved as an AutoText entry, which makes it easily
reusable.
