Large Attachment on message stopping out going e-mail

I have a large attachment on an outgoing e-mail (about 7 mb)
evry time I send out my e-mails, the program starts to esend the large
e-mail w/attachment. it gets about 60% and quits. I can not Delete the
message to get my e-mail working again to send messages. my computer will
acept messages but not send them out.

What can I do you delete the message or the attachment so I can delete the
message to send ny other outgoing e-Mail.

2) Disable any mail scanning by your antivirus program
3) Increase the server timeout value on the Advanced tab of your account
properties pages
4) Lengthen the send/receive interval.
