Just after my systems boots and connects to my LAN internet connection I have
noticed a large amount of packets being sent 25,000+/-. When I do the math
it seems like allot of data is being sent somewhere??? What would cause this
to happen and how can I fix it? Track it??

Your system has probably been hijacked. Do you have a firewall, antivirus,
run malware scanners, etc? Hope you don't have sensitive information on it
like credit card numbers, ss number. If you can't clean it up unplug the
network cable until you can.....

I have run all the malware and mallicious software removal tool, I have CA
Antivirus running, windows fire wall. What can I do to verify what is
causing this?
