Laptop portfolio of websites with IIS

good afternoon,
i am a freelance webdeveloper and would like to setup my Win XP laptop to be
able to show potential clients web work that i've done.
My question: is there a way with the limited IIS functionality on my XP Pro
to accomplish this portfolio without having to change all the links and
references in the finished sites?
