laptop hookup to Novell network

Windows 2000 Professional has been installed on a laptop
that needs to be connected to a Novell network. The Novell
client is also loaded. However, everytime I attempt to
connect I receive messages that tell me the Portsmith
Ethernet device driver and the Portsmith USB serial
converter device driver are not properly installed. The
hardware wizard is not finding these on my W2K cd - is
there some other source for these device drivers?
