laptop harddrive: 80gb 5400... nothing better?

seems likes the only change in the notebooks harddrive market from six
month before to now is availability of 80/5400 models - 6 months ago
we saw only 80/4200 models as the best deal

anybody knows WHEN will we see 100Gb-120Gb models available?
