Languages integred in Windows Vista french realise ?

i read "windows vista spanish relase integer Catalan and euskera languages"
French version will integer them to ?

Actualy put Windows XP in català (catalan, catalàn) is possible only with
spanish version of Windows

What I have read and remember now, those versions (LIP pack) are based on
the spanish version. So it won't work with the french version.
