kindly some one answer me,
always in my work i write my reports in english and for this i'm also write
the NUMBERS 1,2,3,..... also in english, but some times i need to write in
arabic and the numbers still written in english ( how to switch between
english and arabic numbers ?) thanks for your time

Word with Arabic support has this option of changing the form of numerals
according to context. In Word 2003 (English interface), go to Tools > Options

Complex Scripts. Under section General, in front of Numeral, choose

Context. This way Word would use Arabic numerals (1, 2, 3...) when the text
language is English (or French...), and would use Hindi numerals when the
text ilanguage is Arabic.

But sometimes, even when Context is selected, numerals take the Arabic form
(1, 2, 3...) in footnotes and Headers and Footers. To solve the problem in
this special case, you can use a special Word button called Rtl Run. If you

That's all very well, but in Word 2007 there is no "Tools/Options/Complex
Scripts"!

For Word 2007, click on the Office button, then on "Word Options". Choose
"Advanced" from the list to the left, and go to section "Show document
content". You'll find the "Numeral" there.
