I live in Spin and recently bought a new laptop (spanish keyboard) with
preinstalled Vista in Spanish. I re-installed Vista from the recovery disk to
change the language to english. However, now I have programs that wont work
i.e. G_Force from Sound Spectrum among others. If I re-install in Spanish
the programs work fine. They also work on Spanish laptops with Vista in
English installed from a Vista English DVD. Is it possible to install Vista
English using the licence key that came with the Spanish version without
having to buy a new version of Vista English and if so how and from where can
I download Vista English.

I think that you cannot use english windows vista with your licence key,
because you have spanish licence only.
so if you want english windows, you must buy it.

Thanks for that but I only have Home Basic and so the English Language Pack
is not available to me. Guess I have no choice but to pay again for Vista
Ultimate. This seems very unfair to me.
