I have Vista Business 64 bit. How do I get the Hebrew language pack? Is it
free?

I think he wants LIPs Carlos, not MUIs, MUIs are only available to Vista
Enterprise and Ultimate users, MUIs are used to change the operating system
language, LIPs changes an applications language.

I stand corrected.
I misinterpreted his "Business" version as "Enterprise" and thus, applicable
to MUI packages.
Yes, his only hope is to find a LIP.
