Language of Microsoft Word

How can I change the default Microsoft Word 2007 language? I recently
installed chinese on my computer and Word changed also to chinese. I can't
read anything because everything is chinese. How can I change it back other
than system restore?

just installed east asian files and put chinese simplified in the language bar
