Language display problem

What can I do to make the computer to be able to display other languages?
Because the computer cant display Chinese characters
 
Try googling for "microsoft chinese fonts".

For Internet Explorer, you can also open IE. Then, click on Tools |
Internet Options | General | Languages to add various varieties of
Chinese language options.
