Landscape format

Within the last few days I have attempted to
view/print/create reports that were setup to print in
landscape but will only view or print in portrait view. I
tried to change the format back to portrait and then again
to landscape but it still is being displayed in portrait
despite the setting showing that it is landscape.
Does anyone have any ideas?
