LAN problems

I have a 2 computer LAN, connected through a cable router.
Main computer runs XP Home, the other 98. The network is
OK in that shared printer, internet access work, as does
the data transfer wizard. I have run the LAN wizard on
both machines. On the older machine my networked
neighbourhood shows icons for that computer, correctly
identified, and a wider network. On the new machine
network neighbourhood shows only shared folders. What do
I need to do so I can move/share files across the LAN?

On the Windows XP computer you have to share the resources you want control over. If you want full control to everything on the C drive open my computer and right click the C drive and choose sharing. Enable the share feature can click OK. That should do it.
