Lan dns server?????

Hi, I am on broadband NTL (dynamic IP), I have 5 PC's on a network, I also
have a spare win2000 server box running my ftp server.

I would like to set up a dns server/cache ? for the cliants on my Lan.

Something like SimpleDns http://www.jhsoft.com/Default.asp

Is this possible with win2000server?

If so how?

Install dns on the w2k box and add some primary zones. You don't need any
zones for a caching only server, just add forwarders or use the std
root-hints (you need to delete the "." root zone to allow forwarding/hints).
