word 2000
I want to use the Microsoft return address label Template.
I typed in the name and address in the first box ( upper
left). Now, what should I do to copy that name etc. to
all the other labels - and then save it?
Thanks

If you are using the Tools | Envelopes and Labels dialog, the trick is to
choose "Full page of the same label," fill in the required information, then
press the New Document button. This gives you a filled-in sheet of labels
that you can save.

thanks Suzanne, but I didn't make myself clear. From
microsoft template gallery.I got the template for return
address labels(8167).I clicked on Edit in Microsoft word
and a window came up with all the cells and the name and
address in each.I can't figure out how to insert my names
etc in the cells and to format.

Are these some special kind of designed labels? Because Avery 8167 is
available through Tools | Envelopes and Labels. If they're ones with special
graphics or something, just type directly in the first label to add your
information, then select that cell, Copy, select the entire table and Paste.
