I have XP and I am trying to make mail merge labels, they
are also coming up vertical instead of across. The
settings look fine and show them across, any ideas?

Presumably you are using Word? Then you need a WORD newsgroup.

Hi Rachel--

This is a common problem that is easily solved. Your
computer has a badly defective user. Here's what you need
to do:

1) Shut the computer down, if you can figure out how.

2) Leave the room

3) Never go near a computer again.
