Are the names formatted correctly in your table? You should store the names
with the appropriate capitalization. If you try to do this using the
FORMAT, what happens with John St. Joseph or Maria de los Soto?
I have it formatted for ALL CAPS. I notice if I type in the name and
accidentally start in lower case, even though the field is set for ALL CAPS,
these are the records that appear without capitalization.
