Labels: When I input addresses from Outlook it drops Mr, Mrs etc

I'm trying to print envelopes in Word using Outlook as the address source.
When I import addresses the person's title (Mr, Mrs etc) is missing although
I clicked the Full Name tab when filling in the contact details in Outlook.
Do I have to edit each address in the envelope dialogue box before I can
print it?

I assume you trying to use the Insert Address button in Envelopes rather
than trying to merge (a completely different operation). This is actually
an Autotext entry called AddressLayout. Quite handy but modifying it to
suit your preferences takes a little work. There are quite a few Microsoft
Articles that clarify how to modify and use this. To modify AddressLayout
see Article 212345. For more reading check Articles 292127, 211424 and
209752. If that is not enough reading do a search in the Microsoft Articles
for Address Layout and you will find a plethora of stuff. You will have to
do some trial and error until you get what you need.

By default the button shows up inn Envelopes (and maybe somewhere else, too,
but I can't recall). You can add it to your toolbar in Word and use it to
insert a Contact's address in any Word document, not just an envelope.
