Labels - field missing

I have created a query to run the Report - label wizard from in Access for a
mailing list database.

However, when I work through the wizard to create the labels, one of my
fields is not there! I am not sure how to get this field to appear in the
wizard, as I definately need it for my address labels!

(I also went back to the table to create the labels from there, and again,
the same field was missing from the wizard.)

Any help (with detailed instructions) much appreciated! Work depending on
this.

Thanks,
Kylie

Open the Report (generated by the wizard) in design view, and view its
properties. Find the Record Source property on the Data tab (first
line on that tab); click the ... icon and accept Access' offer to
create a Query if it asks. Is the field that you want to see included
in the Query? is it even in the table upon which the query is based?

If it is there, add it; if it's not, join the table which does contain
it to the Query.
